Our first stop is Vercallo, with views of Rossena and Canossa castles. After a 45-minute ride, we’ll explore the Castle of Canossa and a balsamic vinegar facility within its walls. We’ll then ride through Votigno and other charming villages before enjoying lunch at a local trattoria with gnocco fritto, handmade tortelli, and wine.
