I offer a cooking class that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta with a rolling pin. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking class, you will have your hands mixed with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove for the preparation of sauces, including Bolognese ragout, and plating. Vegetarian menu, fresh pasta with semolina flour, potato dumplings, available on request. Celiac menu not available. The lesson is in English and Italian. my dog is my family and lives in the house with me.If you are allergic or afraid of dogs, maybe this pasta lesson is not for you. Visitors will be up close and personal with up to fourteen out of the eighteen species of hummingbirds that are found in Trinidad and Tobago. While there, enjoy a meal or some tea on the grounds as you watch the dance of the Hummingbird. There are 19 species of hummingbird in Trinidad 15 species are found at Yerette Home of The Hummingbird Tobago has 6 specie 5 of them are found in Trinidad and one is unique to the smaller Island.

Great Exploration of Atlanta's history and culture through its homes. We cruise through the affluent Buckhead community, first stop, step inside the Governor's mention learning its history, we continue on to view the impressively beautiful Swan House mansions (outside only). We stop for Southern Ladies lunch at the Swan Coach hours (cost of lunch not included). After lunch we head to Midtown Atlanta, There we drive through historical Ansley Park where we learn its history. Final stop Millennium Gate Museum (also known as The Gate) is a triumphal arch and Georgia history museum. The Museum narrates Georgia's and Atlanta's history with historical artifacts, family heirlooms, (tickets included).
